I believe that music should be an adventure of the heart, the mind, and the soul. My own personal journey in the making of this album parallels, in many ways, the narrative of the album itself. It was with these thoughts in mind that I decided to craft a theme piece for the project, 40 Years To Freedom. This song constitutes a retrospective on my past struggles as well as a forward view of my hopes and aspirations. Let the Heavens sing to me!
